Food fuels the magic

Our Food
Our meals are prepared by a dedicated kitchen crew. Many of our kitchen staff work in food service at local colleges during the year and enjoy spending their summers cooking for kids. They bring a lot of experience to camp and also enjoy being creative and trying new things.

Our goal is pretty simple: serve food that kids will eat, while also providing healthy choices and opportunities to try something new. In addition to the main meal, there are always other options available, including sandwiches and our salad bar. We offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options as well.

We partner with local farms to bring fresh, seasonal produce to camp whenever possible. What we get changes throughout the summer depending on what is growing and available.

Our kitchen team, nursing team and other camp staff work together to manage food allergies and dietary needs. We can't accommodate every diet or food preference, but we do our best to provide enough choices that campers can find something they enjoy.

Examples of Food Served

BREAKFAST: Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, French toast, oatmeal, smoothies, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and shakshuka.

Menus change throughout the summer, and our kitchen team likes to mix familiar camp favorites with foods campers may not have tried before.
