Camp Howe's bunk capacity ranges from 8 to  bunks in each cabin, providing a total of 200 beds. The unheated cabins are equipped with lights, electricity, bunks and mattresses. Centralized bathhouses with toilets and hot showers are located nearby.

Wheelchair accessible buildings currently include the office, dining hall, multipurpose recreation hall, camper cabins, and bathrooms.
