Camp Howe complies
with all local, state and federal laws when hiring staff. Below you will
find the collection of forms that are required to be completed for each
staff member. You will need to complete and return them prior to beginning
work.
Once you have
submitted an application you will need to print out the reference form and
have three individuals complete them. Please mail them to us quickly to
avoid a delay in the hiring process. Once you have been interviewed, if you
are offered a position you will be forwarded an agreement letter and a job
description. Once you have received these, you will need to print out and
complete the forms below.
Please Note: All staff
are required to get a police background check from your state. This is
